Your technician Greg was absolutely amazing. He called 15 minutes before he arrived. He came in and got right to work and had the oven working in no time! Very happy with him. But calling to get the appt is a different story. I admire anyone that learns another language but could you get them to be better understood. Waste of time to have to keep asking them to repeat what they said. Please do something about this. Thank you.
