Which our part no longer is available an our A.C IS CRASHING an under warranty in which we paid for we will be able to get replacement. Thank you important to keep good customer care no matter what. Representative was polite, friendly, and punctual. Diagnostic of problem was quick. Unfortunately the repair was too costly so I’m buying a new machine. I wish they would offer to put the cost of the diagnostic towards a new machine.

Greg was great at my repairs. The only issue I had is a one visit turned into 4. I am pleased they continued to find other issues with my dishwasher I just wished they could have been pro-active and ordered all the parts from the 1st initial evaluation.
