Anibal was professional and explained the issue even though it was something he was not allowed to fix (Sears policy). He showed me what needed to be fixed on the water line and also showed me the fridge shut off valve. Much appreciated.

Service worker was very professional and pleasant. Explained what he was doing. Placed a material on the hardwood floors. Showed us the parts that were replaced. Friendly and great personality. Would recommend him to anyone.
