Representative was polite, friendly, and punctual. Diagnostic of problem was quick. Unfortunately the repair was too costly so I’m buying a new machine. I wish they would offer to put the cost of the diagnostic towards a new machine.

Greg was great at my repairs. The only issue I had is a one visit turned into 4. I am pleased they continued to find other issues with my dishwasher I just wished they could have been pro-active and ordered all the parts from the 1st initial evaluation.
