Mike was our service technician and he was great! He took the time to go over everything with my father and was very patient. The freezer repair was completed and we are very pleased so far! Highly recommend him and Sears home repair after this experience.

Anibal was professional and explained the issue even though it was something he was not allowed to fix (Sears policy). He showed me what needed to be fixed on the water line and also showed me the fridge shut off valve. Much appreciated.
