His service was great. Nice, knowledgeable, arrived when posted. I do have complaint on your invoices. I paid at time of service in full. I have yet to receive an invoice that says paid. $0.00 owed. I have tried to call about this & receive an automated recording about my service appointment. It would be nice if I could receive a correct paid invoice. The nice tech sent me a screen shot. This is not an original paid invoice.

Was thrown off my his apperance because he seemed very young but the guy was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Had my microwave fixed and running in no time. Best Sears tech experience I had so far.
