His service was great. Nice, knowledgeable, arrived when posted. I do have complaint on your invoices. I paid at time of service in full. I have yet to receive an invoice that says paid. $0.00 owed. I have tried to call about this & receive an automated recording about my service appointment. It would be nice if I could receive a correct paid invoice. The nice tech sent me a screen shot. This is not an original paid invoice.

Paul efficiently repaired our dryer. He was very pleasant and professional. He even went above and beyond and leveled our dryer when he saw we were keeping it level with a piece of wood. Great service !!

Terry and the other service people are great. however the website and the scheduling of service is abysmal. It is hard to reach a person and even when I do, they do not seem able to make changes in orders. Attempts to make a change online in a service order are met with a website error. Sears service center has outsourced too much and put in place fallible software. It is a shame because the service technicians themselves have been excellent.
