The service technician did an excellent job. The part was mailed here from Sears, waiting for him. He put it in with no problem. I do think a series would have a better way of communicating with the customer. The one 800 number only gives you the machine doesn’t ever give you the chance to talk to her live representative. This is very unfortunate.

He was fast

The two guys were great and did a terrific job. I asked them about something else with the washer and they told me what it was. The inside of my washer looks great

Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and more than willing to talk about any issues I may have had with my snow thrower. He also did a very good job of examining my snow thrower to insure he only did the work that was needed. He was also timely in his arrival.
