Technician never showed up. Never called, never texted, nothing. The app said he arrived. That is a lie and fraud.

So my $260 Preventive Maintenance visit for my heater lasted 5 minutes, and included no preventive maintenance. The tech was very friendly and respectful, yet said he only does a visual inspection and I had to ask him to clean the igniter. A true $260 PM would include checking all capacitors and replacing if out of spec, checking the fan, checking the inside of the flame box and burners, and finally checking the safety systems. He took off the top section, and stared at it for 30 seconds and was done. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and needs to be done right. If you are charging $49 you should be ashamed, but $260 is just silly for NO Work.

No problem with the technician; however, customer service is horrible. I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to resolve an issue with a previous visit and charge. Call transferred x 3, but they fail to tell you that they are transferring your call. Ended up repeating myself x 3. I received a text saying that my repair visit was cancelled, but then technician showed up at my door. I then saw another charge that I didn't approve or was aware of. I don't recommend Sears to anyone. Very frustrating to deal with. I finally got my water faucet fixed after waiting on whirlpool since Feb of 2023..
