The technician, Ben, was great, in that he explained the problem, ordered the proper parts, and kept in touch to conveniently get the job done ASAP. Unfortunately, a miscommunication with the service company caused an extra trip to be scheduled because the shipped parts didn't actually arrive when notified of their receipt at my residence like the tech was informed that it was.

Ben seemed to be knowledgeable and tried to be helpful. However, he left some spots of water on my hardwood floors even after I specifically aske him to watch and gave him plenty of towels to keep the water off the floor.
