Finally, you sent a Sears technician to address 2 problems on dishwasher that 7 others couldn’t in past 4 years.. Your website is ridiculous. No one to speak to., How do you run a business like this? Very disappointed. Have 9 Elite appliances since 2015, and regret purchasing them. Never had problems with Kenmores for 50 yrs, and nothing but problems recently. You don’t hire or train installers and we continue to experience unnecessary problems. Wow!
