The serviceman flexibility was greatly appreciated, and he demonstrated excellent communication skills. Prior to the appointment, I was asked to provide some information about my appliances, which allowed him to be well-prepared for the job. Even though his car battery died, he called to inform me and still managed to arrive on time. Once he got here, he inquired about my concerns and addressed them clearly. Finally, I was promptly informed when the service was completed.
