One of the digital clock lines was not displaying. I called SEARS and told them what the problem was. They sent a local technician who confirmed my clock board needed changing (that was obvious to me, but he said they have to confirm first before ordering any parts). He ordered the part and came back with 3 days to replace it. He was punctual, did the work quickly, and I was pleased with the results.

I had excellent service from a very nice man. Thanks. I just hope I don't have to wait 4 weeks to get additional service. 4 weeks is WAY too long when it comes to mowers. If I wait 4 weeks, I will wear the mower out trying to mow 4 weeks worth of growth. That is unreasonable.

Appoint was set up between 8 to 1100. We were waiting for him to show up, until the evening. No show. Didn't even call us. I called Home Warranty for another day, and still waiting. For now no aircon, and today is going to be 104 degree. Bad, bad, bad!
