Rafi was my service technician. He definitely knows his business! He was here to address two separate jobs, and literally within seconds, he accurately diagnosed the problems and took the appropriate steps to correct the situation. He is a very calm, professional person who is very responsive to customer service! I would rate him ten stars if I could!
