Robert was the consumate professional, very knowledgeable, excellent customer service. I will not hesitate to call Sears ( A & E) in the future. I wish Sears had the Whole Home Plan warranty in my area.

Ben has been to our hom a couple of times, he always punctual, professional, polite and knowledgeable, he takes time to explain what he’s doing and what the cause is for his visit. He is a credit to the company and we look forward to having him complete any repairs that may arise.
