Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. So the issue ended up being human not machine. At some point someone, possibly myself :), turned off the hot water which diminished the ability of the washer to clean clothes. The tech quickly figured that out which cause me to feel a bit stupid but you live you learn. :)

I am very satisfied with repairs from Sear's to Kenmore Electric Stove-top, the professionalism of Technician, and punctuality of prior appointment.

Technician showed up within his time-frame, was courteous, efficient and explained the repair process and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with his service.

The repairman was running late and wanted to reschedule, but I was in a jam time wise and needed my washer running ASAP. He worked it out and replaced the pump that same day. I will definitely call Sears again.
