Great experience. Brian identified the problem quickly and had the parts to fix it on his truck. He repaired the problem and left only after he knew the problem was solved.

Brian K.' s first visit was very helpful. He explained the problem and what parts needed to be ordered. Before leaving , he ordered those parts and said they would be delivered to my address. The ordered parts came in two different days. I called Sears Service and my job was scheduled for Oct. 6th. Brian worked independently, efficiently, and diligently to complete the task. Dryer repair
Brian was wonderful. Explained everything. Unfortunately the dryer is old was not able to be repaired. Brian was very helpful in giving us advice on looking for a new one. If we need someone again we hope we get Brian!
