Excellent service by Brian. We have had Sears Master Protection plan for years and I am always happy to see Brian be the technician sent for a repair. He is truly a professional and I appreciate his simple yet precise explanation of whatever the problem may be. He is a kind and respectful person and an asset to Sears technician group.

Brian was so thorough in his assessment of my repair that he even helped me understand the proper maintenance I needed to conduct on the appliance. He is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. He also communicated with me prior to the appointment and was on time. I would prefer him for all my appliance needs.
