Rancarlos 1/22/25
Rancarlos solved the problem quickly and explained clearly what he was doing. He was late but at least he came on the scheduled day. Four previous appointments with another Sears service tech were cancelled by Sears without explanation. Rancarlos was fine, I wish he was assigned to my request earlier.
