Very thorough
I have an old Maytag refrigerator that is getting a bit quirky in its cooling efforts and had to have its circuit board replaced a couple years ago. Turned out this time I wasn't having the same issue but Michael took the time to look things over and show me what to look and check in the future. Also took a moment to see if my circuit board is still available (given age of my refer) in the event cooling problem presents again.

Bobby is a total professional from his uniform to his manner and communication. Bobby clearly explained the issues to me and suggested a few ways to mitigate the issue like making sure the laundry load is properly balanced in the machine. I would definitely use your services again. When I replace this machine, I hope to buy it from Sears.

Dryer fix
Bobby has 37 years experience and it shows. He got right on the faulty dryer and quickly found it was a fuse issue. He had the right replacement fuse and that was it.

The diagnostics event

Bob was great
The problem I had when I first called in for service. They asked me for the serial number make and model of my dryer. Which I sent in. I was told if I did that the repair man would be able to bring the parts that I needed and fix it on the first trip. When the service man showed up the first time, he did not have any of that information. So he had to order the parts which he did when he was here and he also scheduled a return visit to install the parts. But he's never showed up for the appointment so I sat around for four hours waiting. I called in to let American home shield know and they rescheduled another appointment. I was given a four hour window and after 2 1/2 hours I got a text saying they had to reschedule again. So I had to sit around for another 2 1/2 hours. I thought maybe after that and the third appointment I might get serviced first that day, but did not waited another 2 1/2 hours for him to show up. Bob did show up and fix the problem. Bob was great. But he did have to listen to make a complain about a home shield Sears experience.The other upsetting part of the appointment was I kept getting emails and text asking me if I wanted to cancel my appointments, asking me if the job was completed yet. And the people that I talk to when I called in we're fine except I really had a hard time understanding them. Hopefully you can do something about your automated answering service because it's not great. Thanks. The job is complete. The dryer works and Bob was great.
