Leroy has repaired products for me in the past and he is very good. My problem is I had an appt waited for someone to show up (3 weeks ago) and sears sent me a text saying they could not get out on that date after my time slot expired. I was given a new appt 3 weeks later for a repair of the dryer which could not be used! I tried calling a real person and was on hold for 30. minutes and it rang through and the voicemail said we have closed call back later (even though I have a contract with sears I called a local repair and paid to have the repair made the following day! I guess I will not be renewing this contract what a shame but I guess un til AI ca do the repairs maybe it should not be the contacts so sad

Leroy ran a diagnostic on our Dishwasher that did not seem to be running smoothly. The diagnostic showed it was running 100% in all areas. He explained sometimes the appliances need to rebooted to go back to factory settings. He showed how to do that on other appliances. In short nothing was wrong and useful knowledge passed-on for rebooting other appliances. Thank You.

Leroy has been to see us once before and both times has given us excellent service. Your AI scheduling is the closest thing to a perfect vacuum that can exist in physics - it sucks! You will never talk to a person, EVER (other than the technician, that is). This is NOT how customer service should be. We had our service scheduled 4 different times for this particular repair, and because the way that AI schedules the technicians, they didn't show at all in our 4 hour window on two of them because of scheduling constraints. The 3rd time we were given a time slot on a Wednesday, and on Tuesday AI told us that we had been rescheduled for Friday. Thankfully, Leroy showed up as scheduled today. The technicians hate AI too. Just ask them when they show up what they think about it. Good Job, Management. You've got everybody hating you!
