Repair
Bobby was great, I rate him a 5, he came in the time frame did his job and my dryer works again. He was apologetic for the delay, and he had not control of it. But the time from his visit 7/26 or so I strongly felt I was in a loop, I had a hard time getting to a person to confirm the backlog for the 1 part I believe I would still be waiting for Bobby to come and complete the task. The 1st time I was able to reach a person, which took several different numbers and picking different options, he said he would a request to supervisor to get a new dryer, due to the length of time, next email, my weekly update via email, said the part is on the way. I understand automation but there needs to be a way for your clients to contact someone to follow up on what is going on. I would have been happy with an email address, I tried several numbers and honestly not sure which one worked. It shouldn't have been my contact, or the request for a new dryer for someone to look into the backlog of the missing part. My rating is for Bobby the company I'm not so happy with.
