Our technician Howard is so nice, professional and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up when he was done and explained what caused our issues with our dryer. Note he was our same technicians when our refrigerator was leaking. Such a well knowledgeable man and truly knows what customer service is about. I pray he around if anything else should break. Great hire Sears is lucky to have him and thanks for sending Howard again to handle our repair needs.

He was friendly and on time, actually early which was nice. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix my dishwasher so I had to run out and purchase a new dishwasher.
