Service was great but I do not understand why you had to send 5 tecks out when my washing machine was declared non fixable on the 2 teck that came out. You sent out the same part every time that can't help anything. It's still broke and after 5 weeks I still do not have a new washer

Keshawn was prompt and on time. He serviced my AC units, explained everything that was needed, and gave great recommendations that previous technicians never mentioned before. I also appreciate that he spent the time sending me videos of areas that he worked on. Overall, excellent professionalism with Keshawn.
