The sears technician for my refrigerator is very knowledgeable and professional his name is Ricky but the technician that working for my LG washer until now no news when they are coming or if he really put an order for the parts it’s been 2 months no washing my dirty clothes and towels etc. I hope sears service will expedite this problem since it’s been that long. I would give 1 star for the service for my LG washer :(.
