Dave showed up on time looking very professional. My washer was fixed quickly and he had the parts on hand. He didn’t leave until he checked out the washer for any other problems and ran it to make sure it was good to go!

Technician seemed like he was in a hurry. I showed him a part that I thought had come off the door and he said it hadn't but then he looks further and said yes it did. He worked on the dishwasher for a few minutes and said he had put it back on that everything was fine had me sign things and left. Set a very short water in water out cycle. Next day when I opened the dishwasher door the part fell out that he had put back on. I had requested, twice, that they send a different technician name Mike and for some reason they refused to send him out to me . He was excellent. He had done the service for me previously. I'm very upset
