I believe the first technician we had was name Ramon. I did not like his attitude. He was talking to me as if he was scolding me. It was hard to understand him, He wanted to talk in English, although I do speak Spanish. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with him The first time he was here to check my icemaker. I he orders the parts which are the parts needed. The parts arrive at my house he rescheduled the appointment. Although we have the parts he rescheduled the appointment for someone else to come and do the work. I do not want him to get fired. He apparently knows what parts are needed to fix the problem. If it can be Discussed with him on how he talks to the customers, I would greatly appreciate it The technician who came to fix the dryer was Mark. I was so happy with him. He was very professional he answered questions that I had in regards to the dryer and how I could change the coil and the part that I needed. He pulled up the part on his phone and I took a picture of it. I appreciate him and how he served me as a customer. Thank you

Sears was sent out by Lowe’s after the first company they sent couldn’t fix it. Glad they did, because Sears people did an excellent job of getting the right part and fixing it correctly. I would recommend them for sure.
