Michael (our technician) was very knowledgeable and helped us fix a problem that we had for over a month so we were very grateful for his great customer service. He was friendly on time. He was outstanding. We’ve had a lot of people come and do service at our house for different things and by far he was the most, professional and helpful. If I could give more than five stars, I would. We will definitely be recommending him for a special acknowledgement.

David was kind enough to replace my oven knob. This may not seem like such a big thing to most people, but when you have vision problems things you used to be able to do yourself become difficult.
