Tech was great! On time. Great customer user interface on appointment time. He found the problem quick and fixed it on the spot. It was a brittle water line. Second appointment was dryer and same deal. Quick diagnosis, direct drop shipped the part to us and tech scheduled and showed up on time and not only replaced the part but went over and beyond to clean under and behind.

Technician was skilled but I was very disappointed the business was not a full service AC company.

Good service technician but extremely expensive... We needed one fan replaced on a GE oven and the labor was going to be $350 and the part was another $150. Be prepared to pay $100+ per hour... The call center is in India and It took almost 30min to put the work order in and even then was not sure things were imputed properly.

The same technician has been to my home to fix my heater on 3 separate occasions. This latest visit was especially frustrating because he showed up and still didn’t have all the parts needed to complete the repair. He said he installed a new circuit board but used an “old spare” igniter instead of replacing it with a new one. (I would like a copy of the work order). I wasn’t home during this visit but expressed to him that I wanted a new igniter installed, his response was that this part is fine, would “last forever” and that I didn’t need a new one. I also asked him if he could replace the air filters, he said no. I’ll have to review the work order to see if the tech even checked the filters. Overall the tech was ok, but I’m not happy with the service call(s) on this order and hoping for a better resolve going forward. Mr. Brown

The technician initially diagnosed that the dryer needed a new thermostat, which was ordered and arrived within three days—no issues there. It was also determined that the dryer needed cleaning, which wasn’t covered under the service agreement. I had no problem paying for that service. When the technician, Javier, returned to install the new part, he ran the machine but it didn’t work. He opened it up again and realized he had forgotten to plug in the thermostat. After correcting that and testing it again, it started to get warm. However, when we tried drying a load after he left, the heater wasn’t working. I contacted Javier, and unfortunately, instead of taking responsibility, he blamed the issue on a dirty vent—even though I had paid him to clean the dryer, and then hired an HVAC professional to clean the external vent as well. When I explained this, he shifted blame again, suggesting we had broken something and said he needed to reschedule. At this point, I believe the repair was not done properly, so I’ve decided to bring in a different technician.
