After replacing many parts, return visit was required as repair was not complete, still not cooling. Upon further inspection it was discovered a bad connection was the problem. Once repaired as of today, working fine. As of Aug.16, 2025, 2 weeks of trying to contact someone, fridge STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY.WISH I WOULD HAVE CALL SOMEONE ELSE. Had appt. Today, finally, and guess what, NO REPAIRPERSON . GOOD LUCK FOLKS. We'll folks, as of Aug 23, 2025, finally was contacted by the repairperson, who was to come and FINALLY REPAIR MY FRIDGE . We'll he calls instead, begins to tell me that I need a new motor, a new condenser, AND I STOPPED HIM RIGHT THERE, are talking MORE MONEY,?.NO NOT DOING.THAT. Demanded a refund, was denied .An incompetent, unjust estimate I signed is the company reson. Next contact is to CALIF. CONSUMER AFFAIRS

The comunacation between customer & service provider is lacking. It cost me an extra week with no service because of lack of communication. Also seems you are a bit under staffed. I was told of a technician being sick after I waited 2 hours that a previous text told me he was coming & I had to wait another 3 days to actually get a technician. Your Technicians are very capable & efficient but their availability is limited. In all what was a one week wait turned into an extra 10 days.

Technician was on time and very polite. Unfortunately, I feel that I payed for my stove to be taken apart and put back together, there wasn’t any repair quote given for repairs and no repairs were made . My stove ( cook top ) still lights the way it always has . And this is one of the main issues I called for service, the other issue was a gas leak that I detected with a gas meter prior to service appointment, and this leak couldn’t be detected at the time , unfortunately.
