The tech was great, the issue was that I had an app and it was in am moved to pm and the moved to another day, and then the day it was moved to they cancelled in the morning, so I wasted 1.5 days waiting, I paid 2 deductibles but lost 1.5 days of wages, it was for stove and dishwasher repairs
