The repair service was done quickly. The service man explained what he was doing and why. Gave advice as how to prevent the same thing from occurring in the future.

He was very informative. Let us know what was going on and and we had 4 other companies out to take of our new washer. He was the first one to tell us it's not the washer, but the pipe in the wall. Thank you and now we can move forward.
