Bought a very expensive washer from Lowe’s with an extended warranty. To cut a long story short, AI continuously screwed up the repairs, it was through Sears which was weird, I kept getting text to change appointments. Emails to reschedule, it took 3 months to settle it by finally getting promised a check for the cost of the washer.

The fact that this ticket was closed, while the dishwasher is still not installed and working, is telling. While the guy was nice, he didn't solve the problem and its been over a month. their AI harassment scheduling didn't help me, and I'm extremely disappointed with this service. no wonder sears went out of business.

Came to fix my dishwasher and it's still not fixed. He needed to use our tools and needed my husbands help the entire time. He drilled a hole through the dishwasher hose, then gave me $20 and had me order a new hose on Amazon, and showed me how to install it myself later. He tried to charge me over $300, but lowered the price to $160 when I mentioned that he didn't even fix my dishwasher.

He never showed nor did we get any calm stating he would not be there. Contacted the warranty department numerous times and was told each time he would be there. Finally at 6:00 pacific time we were told he would not be there and they scheduled for a week later. My husband canceled doctors appointment t and waited at the house ALL day. Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication by all.

For the technician to come in and tighten a loose screw holding the door! No parts and less than 5 minutes of labor; I feel like I was robbed. I would have expected the diagnostic fee to cover torquing a loose screw, instead I was the one torqued. This technician should be ashamed.

The technician was helpful both times he came and was able to eventually fix the appliance. However there were several issues with parts ordered and communication options with Sears to resolve were nonexistent. Our appointments were moved without our knowledge and one appointment was canceled without notifying us due to the issues with items ordered. Overall there is almost no customer service options to resolve issues. *Edit since I can't reply to the response from owner added below. The phone number provided is an automated information line and I couldn't find any valid response relevant to my review or to get to a living person. This is a perfect example of the lack of customer support I experienced.
