I would give the tech.a 5 but whoever determines labor cost I would say this was outrageously high. This man was here less than a hour and you charged me $330 for labor. I have been a loyal customer to Sears since 1985 and understand inflation and the cost of things going up but this was ridiculous. I hope I don't have any other needs and will not refer any one to you. A senior citizen discount would be nice. American greed is horrible.
