The clothes in the washer come out still wet, and not clean. So the customer service told me that they could come back within a certain warranty period. Turns out when the technician arrived, he want to charge me for the visit. I said no and asked him to leave. The washer wasn't fixed, clothes came out very wet, and not clean. The tech said my detergent wasn't high efficiency. I checked the box. Tide powder has HE logo on the box. Now they are asking me to pay, even though the tech didn't not complete testing the problem, and left before the full diagnostics of the spin."We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with Sears Parts Direct. I willnever buy a sears poduct or service again! The plastic frame that holds the crisper bins in my refrigerator broke. I scheduled and PAID FOR a visit from the service department. I received a call from the service department asking if they could move that visit to Wednesday. I agreed to that. However, the service guys arrived at my house on the day originally scheduled. I have all the texts about this visit, They then informed me it would cost $555 to replace the platic rack. We decided for that much money a new non-Sears refrgerator would be a much better option. Sears refuses to refund the prepaid service call fee I prepaid.We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. Tech was wrong about what the problem was, confidently told me this wrong info, and I then spent $2K and a bunch of hours just to learn they were wrong.
