Dishwasher repairs
David is the 2nd Sears Home Services appliance technician we have had for this dishwasher repair. Both David and the two technicians who came previously were extremely knowledgeable helpful and professional. David has been extremely helpful and experienced in the repairs needed and did a great job of explaining both what he was doing but how the dishwasher works most efficiently. We live in an area of well water that causes problems with appliances and David and the other technicians explained ways we can service our dishwasher to get it to continue to work as designed and overcome the challenges caused by our well water. Thanks so much for the reliable and professional service.

The repair technician was really busy but when he got here diagnosed the problem quickly and answered questions concerning our repair options and costs professionally. He also gave recommendations on how best to resolve our compressor problem. I was very impressed with his expertise and customer service. Thank you.
