Al is the best technician we have ever had! He really knows appliances, and is friendly and funny. He brought a young man who he is training, and had the young man do much of the hands-on. Al helped him when he was stuck. Thanks for everything, Al!

I had an issue with my cooktop. I called the manufacture, and they were able to get me an appointment three days later. Leon, my service repair man, did a great job. He explained what the issue was and fixed it right away.
