Charles was friendly and very professional. He completed his work as planned, in a timely fashion. He took great care repairing my range. He even asked for a blanket to lay the new oven door on so it wouldn't get scratched. He looked it over to make sure it was good, with no scratches or dents. He asked if I had looked it over. My oven door looks very nice now. It was great to have such a professional in our home. He represented your company with confidence and knowledge. You should be proud of his work! The range was under warranty, we owed nothing.

Sears worked with my home warranty, American Home Shield. They were extremely fast at making and keeping an appointment. They immediately diagnosed my issue and I had an estimate within 24 hours! They were courteous and professional, and called me to let me know the plan. Very impressed!

the technician was wonderful, friendly, efficient and very helpful but sdadly, did not entirely fix the problem. He replaced the bellows on the front door of the washer but the machine is still leaking as it had started to do before he came
