    We asked for service on a kitchen aid refrigerator. Service writer wrote kenmore. Service tech refused to provide service on the kitchen aid that we requested service on. We were charged $50 for no service. I want a refund. Service tech made no effort to correct his service ticket

  7. Refrigerator repair

    The repair was fine; however, it was scheduled between 0800 and 1200, but they didn't arrive until around 1:00 or so and we didn't receive a call they'd be late. They asked if we had the part. Told them we didn't know we were to receive a part. The purpose of the delay in repair was for them to order the compressor and bring it with them. They went to the truck and had it. When scheduling the repair, I asked for the filters to be replaced. They didn't have them to replace

    This repair was for my fridge, no nonsense diagnosing the problem in the first 2 mins. a replacement kit was ordered hope that will fix problem. The tech was extremely professional w/ a orah of self confidence. Other techs either smelled of Nicotine or B O so bad I wanted to ask them to leave but I needed my repair to be done that time Thanks A&E for such a GREAT TECH this time!!!!!!!
