The technician was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the details to us. A few days later he returned and installed the needed parts with 15 minutes. He was professional but friendly.

Kemonti, the service tech, was courteous professional and knowledgeable about the product and the solution. The issue is have is that Sears, Kenmore, and LG Corporate is that they refuse to take responsibility and honor the warranty. The replacement part is within the 10 yr warranty time frame.
