Sears sucks
The technician was fantastic. My overall experience with Sears was horrible. The only way I could get an appointment scheduled was to lie and set up a in-home appointment being able to talk to a person would've made it a lot easier. I will not recommend working with Sears for anything however, the technician was fantastic.

The repair man was very nice, clean. Came in and very courteous. He repaired the refrigerator quickly and was gone. It was a great job. A good experience again with Sears thank you.
