The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am thankful to have the fridge fixed. He kept me informed as to his expected arrival time, which meant a lot to me. I have an extended warranty, which covered the costs to repair.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very fast service. Remedied the problem and ordered parts which came to the house and were ready to install on the return visit. This was service was covered by an extended warranty that we purchased with the washer, so it was no cost to us. So glad we purchased the warranty.
