Not repaired
After a year long wait the technician finally said that he could not repair the washer. All of the parts that should have corrected any problems have been installed by previous technicians but David C could not stop the leak which only occurs when the washer has clothes in it. The previous technician tried several different ways to duplicate the problem but the washer was empty and he could not replicate the problem. David C advised us that he had reported his findings to his supervisor and that we should hear from someone in the corporate office within 24 to 48 hours. As of the present time we have not heard from anyone.
