Robert repaired our refrigerator quickly and efficiently. He diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix it. Because the refrigerator needed to be deiced, he could not install the parts on the first visit.

Jimmy found that not only was the bake feature not working on the top oven of our double gas oven, but that the broil feature was not working either. He dealt with these two separate problems while parts were delivered broken, not once but twice. He stuck with the issues until we had a fully functioning double oven.
