Excellent service technician
We live in a remote area but Jose kept us informed of his expected arrival and managed to arrive here on time despite adverse weather conditions. He is very capable and knowledgeable and fixed our upright freezer cooling problem with no trouble. Highly recommend him!

Very knowledgeable
John was very knowledgeable about my stove. He even pointed out a factory poor assembly that had bent one hinge and omitted a nessacery spring to the other side of the oven door. Thus causing a very loud bang when it is opened and not allowing it to close properly. I had bought the stove sight unseen via online store. I didn't know the door wasn't right.
