  8. Came at wrong time

    Called at 11:45 a.m. while I was at work for a service call to be done between 1 & 5 p.m. When I called back, it was clear that he would not be able to return before 5. When I spoke with service, I was to receive an email for 25% of service. It never arrived. When I spoke with service, I was told I needed to call back on a different day to reschedule.

    These where very nice friendly fellas. However they missed the coils from the front, a basic and important item.
