  7. 3 tech's and 5 visits later they can't stop my dryer from squeaking.

    The first tech said it was one part. We ordered it and I paid for part and labor. Had to call Sears to have it reevaluated. When tech came out wanted to charge me for new part and labor again without giving me credit for tech's error . He left without doing anything. Had to call Sears and figure out they used wrong invoice and agreed to send another tech. This one came out and it was still another part and wanted me to pay full price for part instead of crediting me for part I paid for which was not the problem. I have never seen such a lack communication and experience in your rep's. The only thing they were eager at was leaving and not putting in notes. Please help me!
