Emmanuel came on a recall call. He moved my machine, climbed in behind it, and with the help of his support team, realized that my washer ( 43 years old) finally died. He spent a good amount of time checking everything and did a great job. I want him to be my permanent tech. He is great. Works very hard. Listens. Does great. Give him a raise. If you can't do that, take him out to dinner. He makes you guys look very good.

Martin gave me generous notice of when he anticipated arriving, and arrived at that time; listened carefully to my description of the concerning noises and asked pertinent questions; answered my questions clearly and gave me clear explanations of what the noises probably indicate and set my mind at ease. Very professional and not at all condescending (which as an older woman I frequently have to deal with). Thank you, Martin!
