But the Sears Home Services follow up prevents me from texting, emailing, or getting online support about my previous order, which is very confusing because I need the part number.

Lawrence arrived in the time frame I was told he would arrive. I explained my problem and he diagnosed a noise coming from water pump which seemed to be stuck. Lawrence is very professional and courteous and wasted no time taking care of my problems. Very happy!

Oven
Oven was not coming on. Lawrence adjusted the thermostat and that fixed the problem. He is a very nice guy and walked me through what had happened. I also appreciate the fact that I pretty much knew what time he was coming and he was right on time. P.S. My contract with Choice Home Warranty is under my name, Janice, not my husband's as he passed away 11 years ago.
