Lawrence is Awesome
Lawrence was doing some serious multitasking. As he was diagnosing my dishwasher he's looking up repair parts then looking up a replacement unit. He was lightning quick and very efficient.

Refrigerator repair
Was very please with the service that Santos did on the refrigerator. He was was knowledgeable on the equipment and explained the steps that he was going through to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this service on future problems if they arise. Thanks again and I'm hoping everything stays fixed.

Dissatisfied
Did not fix anything , pulled apart dryer tubing and said he cant fix and left it for us to duct tape it back . Also said that he was not assigned to look at dish washer but I have an email from American Home Shield that differs . Completely dissatisfied with service or non service.
