They were prompt with timing Cleaned as they worked. Very friendly and did the windows in a very timely manner Tell them I said thanks for the good job and also the great representative who sold me the package He was very respectful and listen to my needs

Needed windows badly
We bought a cabin in the mountains that had 32 year old windows where some were cracked or did not operate properly. This is a second home and being senior citizens we did not want to break the bank, but still wanted quality windows. We got three estimates and decided to go with Sears for a couple reasons, price, quality and name recognition. We did not buy their cheapest or the most expensive they offered. We cannot be happier with our choice. The installation was easy, all I did was watch, and they look fantastic. Our cabin has a fantastic view and it is so much better not looking through broken and foggy windows. I would recommend these windows.

We are very happy with the service, the work, the follow-up. Even when we needed to reschedule more than once, the staff was accommodating and prompt. The work is excellent. The residents now "can look out the windows", when the haze of the windows before did not allow. Thanks!

There IS a difference…in installers
From start to finish, this was an experience with no glitches, no delays and no excuses. I was gun shy after a terrible start to finish experience with @homedepot, but the Sears team rewrote my installation history!
